My Portfolio

Welcome to my portfolio. Here you’ll find a selection of my work. Explore my projects to learn more about what I do.

'Sullivan Squared' is a four-part mini-series that follows the circumstances of a nerdy young man from Liverpool, called 'Sullivan', and his move to Birmingham and his transition into a new school and how he adapts to his new environment. Nervous, with an underlying arrogance about him, his aim is to change his social isolation throughout his life and make enough friends for his 18th birthday, trying to make friends with a new group each episode, his actions find himself mocked and hated leaving him isolated all over again. Playing the role of Sullivan required a huge adaptation and development to my performance and preparation skills because his character was so different to my acting style. The responsibilities and expectations of my position were a fantastic experience and developed my skills significantly in all aspects. It helped me understand the necessity for professionalism and how significant it is to rehearse in your own time and know what to do. Do your job to the best of your ability.

'Sullivan Squared'

'The Executive Lounge'

'The Executive Lounge' was a commercial for games lounge in Birmingham, promoting their business and facilities and conveying the atmosphere, vibe and mood of the place as a fun, entertaining, aesthetic and uplifting environment. I played the protagonist meeting his friends and enjoying themselves

'Facade'

'Facade' is a short film production where the narrative follows the day to day lives of three male friends and how they're lives are not as it seems on the surface. Tackling themes of mental health, my character 'Aiden' suffers with isolation and loneliness within his home and family life. Desperate to just speak to someone, the three friends find the courage to speak to one another about their sufferings, bringing the bond closer.

'The City Protest'

'The City Protest' is a one-shot short film that follows the rising action of an urban protest descending into chaos. On this production, I took on the role of an assistant producer working collaboratively with other departments and closely with the production manager and producer. My role consisted of effective organisational, time management and communication skills in order to ensure the production runs smoothly. Additionally, I played the role of 'PCSO Collins', an on duty urban security officer and the main antagonist. His entitled and abusive tendancies lead him to causing the protest to escalate significantly.
